Just pull up the listing on har and go to add edit. There is one that says open house. Just click on it snd it will ask you for the date and time you want to hold it open. The new rules state no realtor can show a home without a written buyers representation agreement. You can sign it just for one address but if you want to buy it would have to use them. Make sure you use a top producing realtor familiar with your area. You will need a strong negotiator in this market.
